Individual therapy

At the heart of the therapeutic work is the Rogerian approach, which is based on the deep trust that in every person there is the tendency to fully realize one’s potential: like a seed that has within it the becoming of rose or violet or pine.

The therapist has the role of facilitating ground and will dose the heat and nourishment.

The person is the warrior, the therapist is the warrior’s helper.

The person is the explorer, the therapist is the cartographer who will warn:
we are crossing a river, we are about to face the ascent of a mountain, let’s gear up…“.

Theoretical and experiential cues of other approaches are also widely used where they respect the basic Rogerian assumptions.
